I am a mixed-media artist based in Ottawa, Canada. Currently, I work using the method of encaustic; a wax based paint (composed of beeswax, resin and pigment), which is kept molten on a heated palette. It is applied to an absorbent surface, most often wood, and then reheated in order to fuse the paint. Often, I infuse images printed on handmade Tibetan Rice Paper or other image transfer techniques.
This site serves as both my art gallery and my work resume.
